Selling Vendors

Welcome vendors! Vendors interested in selling at the NPCM are encouraged to complete and submit the below vendor application. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Submitting the application does not guarantee market acceptance. Space is limited and we will accept all vendors on a case by case basis.

The 2026 fee for each space is $25 per 10’ x 10’ booth space ($50 for the Bryn Mawr Block Party). Vendors who sign up for the whole season receive a discount (see application form, deadline of 4/1 to receive discount). Upon submission and approval, the Committee will follow up with additional payments details.
